The roof frame- we will look inside and outside including the tiles, ridges, flashings, guttering, and insulation, ensuring that these areas are constructed to all standards and regulations.
The interior- we will ensure that your walls are all perpendicular and that your walls and paintwork is smooth and unscratched. We will also ensure that all other fixtures and fittings such as doors, hinges, window frames, and bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities are all installed correctly and in good working order.
All light fixtures and fittings- we inspect all electrical fixtures are operating. The same is done for internal plumbing.
Woodwork and finishes- we will look for any possible defects such as scratched flooring, frames, and benches.
All defects we encounter will be listed in our report and will be supported by high quality color photographs.
